Insurance & Reimbursement

• I am an Out of Network Provider. Many of my patients choose not to submit to insurance for privacy purposes. However, if you would like, we will submit to your insurance for you to receive reimbursement.

• What kind of payment methods do you accept?  I accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, Health Savings Accounts and most major credit cards.
