Do you work on a sliding scale? Yes
Do you accept my insurance? I am an in-network provider for Medicare and am out-of-network for most other insurance policies. If you would like, my office will submit to the insurance for you. I do my best to work with people's individual situations to make it possible to obtain my services.
What kind of payment methods do you accept? I accept cash, check, Health Savings Accounts and most major credit cards.
